Inspiration comes in all shapes and sizes. In this case, in the size of a small sheltie! Harvey was such a joy to photography. He looked like a fox in the forest at times and was constantly herding his parents on our walk. I was so happy that we chose this day to go out, it was one of the many snow storms that has hit Toronto with slowly falling snowflakes that cover everything. It was NOT freezing and Harvey looked beautiful in the snow. What more could I want as a photographer? He has the best parents as we ran through the off leash park in High Park, Toronto. Though, there was one thing that I haven't run into yet with pet photography, and that is the noise of my shutter being frightening. Usually it's a good sound to get their curiosity and look at the camera. In this case, Harvey would just run away. It great to learn how to compensate for setbacks like this and I love the results! I hope you do too!
